Have mailing list in several formats on several diskettes. ANCMS has the ability to manipulate multiple format, to standardize your lists. After combining all lists, we can then merge/purge (de-dup) your files for duplication of names, companies, or addresses.

Your file currently has the name all in one field, no problem with our sophisticated software we can provide you this information back with the names broken by first, middle, last, suffix.
